Trailmix is an ambitious start-up with an incredibly diverse and talented team who loves to make top-notch games. Our brand new casual game ‘Love & Pies’ has recently launched. After securing big funds from Supercell, we are in the process of growing our game into a mega hit.

We’re seeking an experienced player experience lead who can own player communication in all areas outside of the game. You’ll be managing our partners, negotiating contracts, be our player champion and liaise closely with the whole team to bring the best possible experience to our players.

This is a role for someone who is a self-starter, takes initiative and can build something up from the ground whilst working alongside a dynamic and supportive team.


  • Ensure clear communication and good collaboration amongst internal stakeholders - both in person and remotely
  • Develop and maintain a shared vision, plan objectives and goals together with the team
  • Deliver on vision and shared plan, drive results
  • Proactively deal with partner management and budgeting, including agreements and quality of deliverables
  • Allocate resources and hire new team members when needed
  • Drive and lead team projects from idea to delivery - solid project management and organizational skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working with external partners and setting up operations internally or externally
  • Knowledge of support tools, analytics and technology
  • Experience in using and augmenting customer support forum, social networks and knowledge repository
  • Understanding of game or product development cycles
  • Humble attitude and the ability to lead by example, getting hands-on when needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute on major projects
  • Track record of successfully managed projects
  • Excellent coordination and administrative skills, both in-studio and across offices
  • Overall good people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Genuine passion for games
